Felipe Kohler
Felipe Kohler is the founder of South Creek Projects and a qualified carpenter with over 16 years of construction experience gained across three countries.
Today, Felipe leads the operational side of the business, overseeing quotations, project planning, scheduling, client communication and the coordination of trades across our home renovations, kitchen renovations and bathroom projects.
His hands-on construction background means every project is planned with a practical understanding of how the work will actually be delivered on site. Felipe is particularly focused on clear communication and detailed, transparent quotations, helping clients understand the scope of their renovation before work begins.
From the first conversation through to completion, his role is to keep each South Creek Projects renovation organised, clearly communicated and moving in the right direction.
Jonathan Wreathall
Jonathan Wreathall — known to everyone as Jonny — oversees the day-to-day running of South Creek Projects sites, helping turn our renovation plans into carefully finished homes.
Working across home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and structural refurbishment projects, Jonny coordinates the daily work on site while maintaining the quality and attention to detail expected throughout each project.
With strong practical experience in carpentry, tiling, flooring and interior finishing, he has a keen eye for accuracy and takes particular pride in the details that make the final result feel properly finished.
Jonny’s hands-on approach and day-to-day site supervision help ensure our renovation projects across Billericay and surrounding Essex progress smoothly from the main building work through to the final finishes.
